About your speakers
Mandy and Elisabet have over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate world. They both held senior business leadership positions with American Express for many years.
Mandy and Elisabet both run their own successful international businesses, and advise, speak, coach and facilitate transformational change for organisations globally.
They are published, award-winning writers. Their first book “The Team Formula” was published in 2013 and is a leadership book in an engaging story format. It has received two awards in recognition of its creative format and has been praised by readers for its spot-on descriptions of team dynamics.
Their second book, “Leading Teams – 10 Challenges: 10 Solutions” was published by Financial Times Publishing in August 2015 and went straight onto WH Smith’s prestigious Business Chart. It received an award at the International Book Awards in the US in May 2016. A third book is in the works.

This event is open to all, Careers Club members can attend this event for free and can be booked via Careers Club. If you purchase a delegate ticket and then become a Careers Club member prior to the commencement of the event, your event ticket payment will be refunded. Cancellation of your event place must be in writing to We Are The City Ltd at least 7 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund on the ticket price. Refunds will not be given for non attendance. We Are The City Ltd have determined that less than 7 days prior to the event is deemed as short notice cancellation and therefore cannot offer a full refund.
