The ‘First Lady in Football’ and Lord Sugar’s ‘Right-hand Woman’

Wellbeing of Women is delighted to present the outstanding businesswoman Karren Brady as guest speaker at the private Burlington Room at Fortnum & Mason. Karren is a great supporter of the charity and has generously donated her time and insights to us, for what will be a fascinating evening.
Guests will be welcomed with drinks and canapés during networking and socialising and then will have the opportunity to hear about the highly successful career path of one of the most powerful women in Britain, Karren will give us insight into her background and early career, her spectacular rise to the top in business and football, her parallel careers as newspaper columnist and author – and, of course, her starring role as Lord Sugar’s right-hand woman in TV’s The Apprentice.
This will undoubtedly be an entertaining and inspiring evening and will also highlight the great work of Wellbeing of Women and its beneficial impact on every woman and baby born in the UK since 1964.
