“I have a real passion to do whatever I can to inspire, develop and support women to believe in themselves and amaze themselves with what they can achieve. I spent over 25 years working and building a successful career to Director level, whilst also bringing up my five children (some of that time as a single Mum) soI know how challenging it can be to juggle the often conflicting demands of work and family and to look after yourself too! I had previously been a guest speaker on Springboard and was impressed by the impact and transformational power of the programme. So impressed in fact, that I decided to train to deliver Springboard programmes myself! It is incredibly rewarding to see women growing in self confidence and seeing them develop and flourish, in both their professional and personal lives.”

“I left school at sixteen with a single GCSE above grade D… in horsemanship (Grade B, in case you’re interested). In my late twenties I returned to learning and now have a PhD and twelve years experience in Higher Education: as a student, as a tutor, and as a researcher developer. The journey has been exhilarating, exhausting and rewarding, often all at the same time. We don’t always know what we want to ‘be’, but the right support at the right time can help us determine what we want to ‘do’. It took me rather a long while to work out what I wanted to do and how to achieve it and I did it with the support of others. I enjoy my work very, very much. My vocation now is to help others do the same.”

My training supports people to develop existing skills and acquire new skills. My clients and participants develop a greater understanding of themselves as learners, and are better able to identify their obstacles and manage them. I am dedicated to continued personal and professional development, and passionate about supporting and motivating people to learn and develop to their full potential.
