After working back in the UK in various health clubs he worked with National League Rugby Union team Blackheath RFC as a Strength and Conditioning coach and helped them win promotion in their first season. He now works predominantly with high powered corporate executives in the City of London. Along with dealing with their rehabilitation needs Chris specialises in designing highly effective workouts for his time pressed City clients and keeps them in great shape using cutting edge techniques in exercise and nutrition.
