Meet our new fitness expert, Chris Hines.  Chris contacted us with some ideas and articles that we all agreed would benefit us but also you.  Chris works at Peak XV Fitness in London and has recently written the essential e-book  guide ‘7 Ways into your Skinny Jeans’.  We will be shortly offering this e-book free to our members so keep logging on to find out how to get yourself a copy of this.

Chris has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Upon graduating from the prestigious Loughborough University with a degree in Sports Science Chris relocated to New Zealand to work with the government sponsored Accident Compensation Corporation helping people get active again after suffering serious accidents and injuries. A return to New Zealand a couple of years later saw him take up residency at Aucklands premier health club Les Mills World of Fitness where he ran a successful  PersonalTraining business.

After working back in the UK in various health clubs he worked with National League Rugby Union team Blackheath RFC as  a Strength and Conditioning coach and helped them win promotion in their first season. He now works predominantly with high powered corporate executives in the City of London. Along with dealing with their rehabilitation needs Chris specialises in designing highly effective workouts for his time pressed City clients and keeps them in great shape using cutting edge techniques in exercise and nutrition.
