To place an event on What’s On is simple and fast. Simply complete the form below. Your event details will be checked for appropriateness and will then be uploaded onto our calendar within 24 hours. By sending your details on, you are agreeing to a £35.00 (+VAT) administration fee to check, verify and upload the details.

With an average of 5000 views for each event and over 400,000 Hits per month, there are so many reasons to promote your event on WATC. We have made it easier and more economical for you to promote your events. For an annual subscription of only £140 you can upload as many events you have in a given year and we will even ensure these are uploaded and visible within 12 hours! (subject to Fair Use Policy and Website Content Policy)
