The Mini Cooking Club

Wow, 11,118 of you have read this.

The Mini Cooking Club is a charity that provides educational cooking workshops across London communities. Our aim is to educate people about the benefits of a balanced, nutritious diet, and to discourage the consumption of processed foods with high levels of sugar, fat, salt and additives.

The Mini Cooking Club runs weekly workshops for young children, families, adults and those with mental health concerns. We work with other charities to offer a safe and fun environment to build skills and confidence in the kitchen.

We provide opportunities to learn about how eating the right food can improve your quality of life. Cooking with us is an enjoyable way to learn about healthy eating and nutrition. We teach our members how to make more informed food choices and encourage them to cook their own nutritious meals at home.
