Q.1 The Home page has a blank space in the middle?
This is because the browser you are using is not Flash enabled. This can effect Safari, iPad and iPhone browsing. As soon as Apple and Macromedia upgrade and include we will be able to show this to you. You will also not miss out in the mean time as we are about to launch our i-App
Q.2 I see various pictures staggered on the home page?
This is due to your current browser being Internet Explorer 6 or below. We have tried to support all browsers were possible but decided to not support End Of Life Browsers as the development would be extensive and only for a short period. You can download Mozilla Firefox which is even mroe secure and becoming the standard for browsing as Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 still not does include Flash or 32-Bit plugins. This would not effect our site but would others.
Q.3 When I click on a link it is broken
If you have discovered a link that is broken then we are extremely sorry. This is our biggest pet hate! We have had extensive user testing before going live and believed we discovered any issues with these. If you have discovered a broken link, if you could let us know we would be grateful. Q.1 I would like to advertise my event. Is it free to advertise?
If you are a registered charity then yes! We are committed to helping all charities and want to also highlight to our members all the wonderful events that are available to them. However it still costs for the administration and uploading which is why we have to charge a nominal fee for non charitable organisations. If you have any concerns let us know.
Q.2 I want to offer the WATC members a discount. How do I do this?
Well for one thing, thank you! We are always keen to promote unique discounts to our members as long as the discount is legitimate and you are prepared to have our members come down to take up this offer. Just simply contact us and we can upload your details, promote your event or product (for free) and then ensure that you and our members are all happy. Simple!
Q.3 How can I find out about advertising or premium advertising with WATC?
If you are interested in using WATC for advertising we can send you our marketing pack and contact you to discuss the various options.

Q.1 What do I get as a member?
We do not want to bombard you with SPAM, we do not want to have you remember another password for a website, we don't want you to have to figure out how to use our discounts. So we will only send out our exclusive newsletter monthly, this will include exclusive discounts, competitions and any particular articles that we feel might be of interest. We have kept the site completely open except for discounts and invitations to special events which is why we urge you to become a member. Don't miss out on our own events which have all sold out or fully booked within 48 hours of opening. These alone are a huge benefit for becoming a member. So join us today!
Q.2 I have not recieved a newsletter this month?
This maybe because you joined in between our dispatches. It could also be due to an incorrect email address entered when registering. If you did not recieve confirmation when registering, then please join up again. If you want to recieve a previous newsletter, please contact us and we will send to you directly
Q.3 Will there be a members only area?
The simple answer is yes. We are trying to understand what would be useful and helpful to you all. We are busy developing a fantastic portal at the moment. This has taken longer than we imagined but we hope it is worth the wait!
