Vanessa said: “I am overwhelmed with pride to have won this award, particularly given the strength of the other nominee organisations. WeAreTheCity would not be the success it is without the passion of my entire team. It is our combined vision to ensure we build the best possible platform to empower and inspire women to drive their careers forward. We are all very proud and happy and want to thank RBS for the award, as well as all our clients, contributors and members for supporting us and our vision over the past seven years”.

Caroline Graham, Head of WeAreTheCity India, which launched just over a year ago, said: “We are thrilled to receive recognition from a global organisation like RBS that does so much for female employees through its Focused Women’s network.
