WWT produces year-round programming and national and international conferences that highlight, educate, and celebrate women and diversity in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), innovation and entrepreneurialism.

The two-day conference will include a range of speakers who are passionate about closing the gender gap, helping companies hire a diverse workforce, exposing women, girls and the underrepresented to STEAM careers.
