On 23 November, the Gender Networks Wrap Up and End of Year Social took place at Channel 4, London.

The evening was attended by over 60 chairs/co-chairs of women’s/ balanced networks representing a variety of multi-sector firms.

India Martin, Ex Global COO, CIB Tech & Ops JP Morgan, award winning consumer goods entrepreneur and US TV Pundit, was there to speak about the gender perspective and whether the needle has moved for women in 2017.

There was also a panel discussion and Q&A with the Gender Networks board – Heather Melville OBE, RBS; Caroline Graham, Barclays; Helene Reardon Bond OBE, ex Government Equalities Office & Paygap expert; facilitated by Harriet Minter, ex Guardian Women in Leadership, Journalist and UK Gender Commentator.
