At this time of year some of us can feel stuck with the same old routine, leading to feelings of demotivation and unhappiness. But it doesn’t need to be this way.
Every once in a while we should break the cycle and challenge ourselves to try something new, find a new perspective and gain new abilities. Opening up to new experiences can help lift our spirits and give us that get up and go.
Why not take that step now and challenge yourself to one of our fabulous 10K runs whilst raising much needed funds for women and children escaping domestic violence. At Refuge we have places available on two popular 10K runs in London, both offering a great running experience…..

It takes the average runner between 50 – 80 minutes to run 10k. During this time the police will receive 50 – 80 domestic violence related calls in the UK. By running for Refuge you will be helping us provide essential services which empower women and children to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear, to live in a world where domestic violence is not tolerated and where women and children can live in safety.
