Your nine day Malawian Expedition begins with a day spent meeting female entrepreneurs from across Malawi highlighting the challenges and successes of women in business in modern Malawi. Head out of town and into rural villages to spend time with a family, taking part in daily village life and learning more about the power of micro loans and banking at the community level.
After a night under canvas, on a wildlife safari, head to the shores of Lake Malawi and spend two days working with a local youth group mentoring secondary school students and learning more about the challenges facing young people in Malawi today and the role of women in village society.
The Responsible Safari Company are looking for 20 dynamic women to take part in a Malawi expedition in 2018.

Two expeditions are planned for 2018. You can either join a team or if you have a group that you would like to travel with, The Responsible Safari Comany can help you arrange this. Trips can run throughout the year with numbers between six and 20 people.

- Staying on a Fairtrade Tea Estate
- Taking on the challenge of hiking Mount Mulanje
- A Wildlife Safari
- Two days spent in the village working with a group of secondary school girls and their families.
- Final night on the idyllic Mumbo Island
Women’s Entrepreneurship Expedition – Nine days
£1,200 pp. (Based on group of min. 10 people)

- Village Homestay with Malawian family
- A Wildlife Safari
- Three days spent in the village working with a group of secondary school girls and their families.
Inclusions: All Accommodation, Meals (where stated) All Transport (inc. fuel & driver), RSC Guide, All Project set up and support, All Activities (where applicable), Air Evacuation cover, All local Taxes and Bank Fees.
Exclusions: Return International Flights, Meals not included, Activities not included, Personal Travel Insurance, Visas, Bar Drinks, Tips & Items of a personal nature.
